Mazda 808 - Help needed from Ray Nixon or Tim Scott Andrews

Postby Pist'n broke on 11 Sep 2009 11:47

Does anyone know if Ray Nixon still amember of CTCRC? I'm trying to get in touch with him regarding sorting a V5 document for a Mazda 808 he owned previously. I know he doesn't have the V5 but was wondering if he had any photo's of the car or knew the registration number or had any other info at all that could point to a date of manufacture. From an earlier post I was told Tim Scott Andrews owned the car for a while as well. Tim, do you have any info or documents for the car?

Many thanks,

Dominic

Well its taken me 45 years since i built my first one so I guess i should have got the hang of it now, I will let you into a secret though, about 18 months ago I started bidding on an RX on Fleabay in a moment of madness fortunately I sobered up before the auction ended!

They go well when they have the right bits inside and I am not being ramped up by people who should be ashamed of themselves for selling crap. Tell you one thing I have learnt though, have a blow up and scrap the oil cooler as they will never be perfectly cleaned out.
